Hong Kong, February 28, 2020 -- Moody's Investors Service has downgraded Wanda Group Co., Ltd.'s corporate family rating (CFR) to B3 from B1.
At the same time, Moody's has placed the rating on review for downgrade and changed the outlook to rating under review from negative.
